We readied our passports, packed our bags, boarded our plane, and set off for Antarctica today! We will spend the next 5 weeks immersed in the study of penguins. Unit 4 of our Bridges math program encourages an in depth study, and travel to Antarctica. We will be measuring , weighing and comparing in this unit, and will develop a portfolio of games too.
Please help enrich this unit by sending in any books, puzzles or games that pertain to penguins. Thanks

Ask your child where Ragweed is heading. ( to the city). What dangers may lurk there?(cats such as Silversides and Grayband). We are all wondering what will happen when Ragweed's train reaches the city.....
