Kindergarten kids are working on a song!
We have been writing a song with artist in residence, Paul Boffa. Paul is a local musician, storyteller and songwriter. Sometimes Mr. Boffa is also a substitute teacher at UES.
Mr. Boffa came to class to help kindergarten kids think about the words that might describe how animals move. He then went to each classroom to help brainstorm words for a group song.
Then Mr. Boffa returned with his guitar to share the song with the class, and begin practicing.
